Water conservation tips and tricks!

Leaks

If you suspect a leak, make sure everything is shut off in your home and outdoors.

Next, check the position of your water meter dial and record the reading.

Recheck the meter in 10 minutes.

If the dial hasn’t moved, you are good to go!  No leaks!

But if it has…start checking outdoor connections, faucets, and toilets, for drips or leaks.

If you are unable to locate an obvious source of water loss, you might have an underground issue. In this case, we recommend calling a plumber, excavator, or leak detection company.
